Terms of use
1. The service
Cloudgrad rents cloud computers for running software agents. A cloud computer is a virtual machine provided through Vercel Sandbox; always-on computers, when available, run on Hetzner Cloud. You access them through a web terminal and, for always-on computers, over SSH. These terms apply to the website, the app at /app and the API.
2. Accounts
Your account is your wallet address. You sign in by signing a message; you are responsible for the wallet and for everything done from your account. New accounts receive 30 minutes of computer time once per wallet. We may refuse or end free grants that are abused.
3. Credit and payment
Computer time is prepaid in USDG (0x5fc5360D0400a0Fd4f2af552ADD042D716F1d168) on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663), sent to 0x3F745575b764288403b2A079A9e79FaC525F08Cb, and metered per second at the prices shown in the app and docs. A payment is credited once, after we verify the transaction on chain. Credit is not refundable and has no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise. Blockchain transactions are final; a transfer sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be recovered by us.
4. Third-party agents and accounts
Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode and other software on the computers are made by their own publishers and used under their own terms. You sign in to them with your own accounts and you pay their providers directly. Cloudgrad is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Vercel, Hetzner, Robinhood, Microsoft, Anysphere or Zed Industries; their names and marks identify the software they make.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use a computer to break the law, attack or scan systems you do not own, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, host malware, infringe intellectual property, or get around these limits. We may stop a computer that does, without refund of the time it used.
6. Your data
Files on a computer belong to you. A saved computer keeps its disk as a snapshot until you delete it. Keep your own backups of anything important: a computer is not a backup service, and we are not liable for data lost through deletion, expiry of a snapshot or a provider failure.
7. On-chain reads and prepared transactions
The rh tool reads public data from Robinhood Chain and can prepare unsigned transactions. It does not hold keys, sign or send anything. Prices read from pools can differ from other markets. Nothing on Cloudgrad is investment advice, and Cloudgrad is software, not a broker or an exchange. You decide whether to sign any transaction, in your own wallet.
8. $GRAD
Where the site describes $GRAD, it describes how the service uses it: part of computer payments buys and burns it, and holders above a threshold receive computer hours. $GRAD is not a share, a deposit or a claim on Cloudgrad, and holding it gives no right to profits.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep computers available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Session lengths, prices and features can change; changes apply from the time they are published and never reduce credit you already hold.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the credit you paid in the 30 days before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
