What we collect

  • Wallet address. Your account identifier, from the message you sign to log in.
  • Billing records. Top-ups (amount, transaction hash, time) and the start and end of every session, to meter credit.
  • Computer records. Each computer's id, template, the repo URL you entered, status and session times.
  • Waitlist email. Only if you join the always-on waitlist, with your wallet address when you are signed in.
  • Server logs. Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

No analytics or advertising trackers, no passwords, no private keys. Your agent logins and the files on your computer stay on that computer; we do not read them. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To run the service you asked for (contract), to keep billing correct and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to email you once about always-on computers if you joined the waitlist (consent, which you can withdraw).

Who processes it

Vercel (hosting and the cloud computers), Neon (the database holding the ledger), Hetzner (always-on computers, when available). Blockchain transactions are public by nature and are read from Robinhood Chain's public RPC.

How long we keep it

Billing records for as long as your account has credit or history, and as long as accounting rules require. Computer records until you delete the computer, plus 30 days. Waitlist emails until always-on computers open for you or you ask us to remove them.

Your rights under the GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us on X through the link in the footer and tell us the wallet address or email concerned; we answer within 30 days. Data on a public blockchain cannot be erased by anyone, including us.

Transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard contractual clauses.
